Embarking on the path to therapy can seem overwhelming—many clients grapple with doubts or the pressure to already have it all figured out. My mission is to counter that uncertainty with a holistic and tailored approach, one that fits the unique needs and aspirations of each individual. Creating a safe, compassionate, and inviting environment is pivotal as it guides individuals through their distinct journey toward healing, regardless of the complexities they face.


My therapeutic approach combines empathetic support with evidence-based practices, while valuing diverse perspectives. Our shared goal is to create a meaningful life rooted in proven psychological methods. Through collaboration, compassion and established methodologies, I aim to foster hope and assist clients in navigating complex challenges. As we work together, we craft a path towards a fulfilling and balanced life.


Experience


Dr. Estefania Luna earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed her predoctoral internship at Aurora Mental Health Center in Colorado. She has worked in therapy private practice providing both individual and group therapy. Her expertise spans trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and related disorders, relationship issues, self-harm, personality disorders and grief and loss. She is fluent in English and Spanish and experienced in working with diverse clientele. As a PSYPACT provider, Dr. Luna is able to provide therapy in most states via telehealth. Types of Therapy


Comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech, LLC. Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and in conducting psychological evaluations.


Dr. Luna is currently providing sessions via teletherapy only.


DBT Skills Group: Join our next weekly virtual 90-minute DBT skills group beginning January 8th, 2025 on Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm. Led by Estefania Luna, a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive DBT training, this is an 8-week program.


Participants will learn essential DBT skills including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness to enhance their coping, better manage emotions, improve relationships, and live more intentionally. The cost is $125 per group session, and commitment to the 8 weeks is required. If a session is missed, participants will receive all group materials via email.
